MARSHA SCHAFFNER—FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL DESIGNER

Marsha Schaffner believes that great design begins with a strong foundation—one built on creativity, collaboration, and purpose. Growing up surrounded by blueprints and construction sites through her father’s work as a structural engineer, she developed an early appreciation for the connection between structure and beauty.

After earning her Education degree from Boston University with a minor in Art History, Marsha built a successful corporate career in sales and marketing before pursuing her entrepreneurial passion for design. Her background in driving market strategy, negotiation, and client engagement sharpened her business instinct and set the stage for her transition into entrepreneurship. As the owner of the accessories boutique Fragments, she further strengthened her understanding of business operations, client relationships, and the importance of bringing the right team together to achieve a shared vision.

As the founder of Interiors by Marsha and a Certified Interior Decorator, Marsha combines her creative eye with her expertise in project coordination, vendor relationships, and business management. She creates thoughtfully designed spaces that reflect each client’s unique story, lifestyle, and personality.

For Marsha, design is more than creating beautiful spaces—it is about transforming the textures of life into environments that feel meaningful, functional, and timeless.
