About Marsha Schaffner
While glass ceilings are made to be shattered, Marsha Schaffner often thought they should also be beautiful.
Fresh off a successful corporate career, Marsha decided that in order to write the next chapter of her life, it had to be done by her own standards.
Growing up around blueprints and job sites with her father while he worked as a renowned structural engineer, she learned from an early age that structure and design went hand in hand. After earning her Education degree from Boston University with a minor in Art History, she set out into the world to learn about business. Gleaning best practices by being involved with companies who continued to grow through structure and planning, Marsha set out on her own.
First, empowered by the success of her accessory store, Fragments, and now continuing her creative career with Interiors by Marsha, she knows the value of a professional team joining together to realize a common goal. By working with groups of divergent talent, she learned what it would take to bring together suppliers, manufacturers, and sub-contractors in order to deliver the best results to her clients. By furthering her education and earning her Certified Interior Decorator designation, Marsha set a path to not only know how to do her job, but how to run her business so that it meets the needs of her clients, time after time.
Currently enrolled in the Gail Doby Design Success University, while flourishing with Interiors by Marsha, Marsha Schaffner is doing what she does best… weaving the textures of your life into her designs.
So as a woman with a corporate background can attest, glass ceilings are made to be shattered… but surely that doesn’t mean they shouldn’t be beautiful as well?
